Victoria's Department of Health and Human Services on Monday night listed the truckstop toilets and shower at BP Barnawartha North, Murray Valley Highway.
Two exposure periods have been set: Tuesday, September, 28, between 8.30pm and 11.59am (sic, possibly 11.59pm is intended); and Wednesday, September 29, between 12am and 6.15am.
The department said a person with coronavirus attended the venue.
"All visitors who used the truckstop shower and toilet facilities (not public restroom) are tier one contacts," it said.
"Anyone who has visited this location during these times must get tested immediately and quarantine for 14 days from the exposure."

Two new COVID-19 cases in Benalla were among Victoria's daily total of 1377 on Monday, but there were no additional positive results in Wodonga, Wangaratta or Indigo council areas.
According to the department's latest figures, updated Monday, Benalla now has three active coronavirus cases, Wodonga six, Wangaratta three and Indigo one while there are no cases in Towong, Alpine and Moira.
Not all exposure sites are reported, depending on the risk to the general public.
