The 22-year-old former Bulldog junior was picked up by Hawthorn in the 2017 rookie draft and made his AFL debut in round five of the 2020 season.
Jones was delisted last November but he spent this year with North Melbourne and took out the John Law Medal as the club's best-and-fairest in the VFL.
"Wodonga Bulldogs are ecstatic to announce Harry Jones has signed for 2022," a statement said.
"We were lucky enough to have Harry play a game with us this season when he was home during the COVID lockdown.

"His leadership and direction will be great for our exciting list."

The 21-year-old has a close connection to Bulldogs coach Jordan Taylor and can play in the midfield or forward line.
Meanwhile, returning to the club after a season off is Reed Jackson.
