Albury Thunder's new coach Robbie Byatt looks to pass against Southcity this year.
Albury Thunder has appointed Robbie Byatt as coach.
The rugged utility replaces favourite son Adrian Purtell, who was diagnosed with stage two Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma earlier this year.
"Robbie's coached before and he's got a wealth of experience at a number of clubs," president Rick O'Connell said.
Tough forward Jon Huggett will be Byatt's assistant.
