The pair will head to the city next week to start an exciting new chapter in Victorian Premier Cricket.
Coby, 18, scored more than 1000 runs during his three years with the Crows including 608 in 2020/21, also taking 43 wickets, while 21-year-old Liam hit 517 despite battling injuries during his time at the club.
"To improve your game, you've got to be playing the best cricket," Coby said.
"Training down there and playing against some of the top players in the country, it's the best chance for us to make it somewhere with cricket.
"You have to be making runs and taking wickets to hold your spot and to move up.
"I think that'll bring the best out of us."
The brothers leave on a high after they helped the Crows chase down 202 to beat St Patrick's on Saturday.
"It was brilliant to send off Liam and Coby with a win," coach Brett Davies said.
"We had a moment with them in the sheds after the game and just really appreciated the efforts they've brought to East Albury over the last few seasons.
"They're quiet fellas around the club but, jeez, they've got real fire in the belly and they always contribute come game day.
"They go to Melbourne with the club's blessing and they can always call East Albury home."
The brothers paid tribute to the Crows for not only improving them as players but actively encouraging them to chase a higher standard of cricket.
"They've been really understanding with trainings and games that I can miss for rep cricket to further my game," Liam said.

"The coaching and support staff, Gary Essex in particular, have been really good with improving my game and they've just always been there and helped us with anything we've needed.
"The people who aren't playing for Victoria are playing Premier Cricket so it's an unreal league.
"If everything goes well, who knows what can happen?
"The possibilities are endless so we'll give it a good crack."
Liam has tasted the level previously with Greenvale Kangaroos and the pair will relocate to Melbourne next Tuesday having both seen their game develop significantly in Crows colours.
"Me becoming an opener was the biggest step," Coby reflected.
"I was more of a lower-order batter but when I first came to East Albury, they said 'we're going to bat you up the top to really expose you.'
"That gave me more confidence in myself and East Albury always supported me.
"When I didn't make scores, they were always there backing me up and knowing I was going to stay up the top meant I could work on my game."
