The Crows appealed CAW's decision to hand the six points to Tallangatta over a fielding breach on November 2.
However, the zone's governing body agreed with CAW.
"We couldn't find any grounds for appeal within the CAW constitution," Riverina chairman Eric Koetz said.
"When you read through the rules it is black and white and states a loss of points.
"There was no suspension of a member and no disciplinary action taken and going through the constitution, they were the only areas to appeal."
In a controversial match, East Albury was dismissed for 207, but was awarded an extra 10 runs as a result of the visitors' slow over rate.
In reply, the Bushies made 212.
However, Tallangatta appealed to CAW, claiming East's Luke Brunckhorst failed to field a minimum 20 overs, as required.

He injured himself at the crease and the Crows didn't notify the umpires he wouldn't be able to field.
East's appeal to Riverina was only the second of the past decade, which was also dismissed.
Koetz believes the Crows can now appeal to Cricket NSW.
East sits third and Tallangatta sixth with the pair to meet on January 11.
