The Pigeons have been the major disappointment, boasting just three wins after starting the year with genuine finals hopes.
"Probably not, I guess Rovers was probably our most complete game but even then we had a pretty poor second quarter," Casey offered.
"On the weekend against (Wodonga) Raiders we won as many quarters, but our third quarter, that was a bit of a disaster."
Raiders kicked six straight goals to two behinds to seal the win.
"You'll have momentum shifts, it might be two goals and you can wrestle that back, but once you start giving away six or seven in 20 minutes, you're fighting an uphill battle," he explained.
